Who would have thought such a drab color pallet could be so beautiful, but you have brought those colors to life in your photograph :-) You can make the most ordinary seem spectacular through your photography!
Like you, I have been trying to find the beauty of winter through the camera lens. Your photo is excellent, breathtaking, and so representative of winter's palette. Happy new year!
What a beautiful photograph! And I *love* that color palette! I, too, would paint the rooms in my house these colors. As a matter of fact, my bedroom is that shade of gray :) Lovely as always, Cat.
I didn't know clematis could be so beautiful at this time of year. Thank you for pointing out the beauty to be found in winter if we remember to look closely!
Stunning Cat...I love how you included the colors...it really brings out the picture even more...I too am thinking about colors and will be doing posts about color in the coming weeks...
Such a calming palette! The colors are so soft and graceful together. I often think of decorating with colors I see in nature, too. There's a fiery-twigged shrub along the road on my way to work--I'm not sure what it is, but it just pops against the drab concrete and muted winter colors of the surrounding plants. Beautiful post, Cat!

Delicate and beautiful. The colors are beautiful. Nature can throw together the best color schemes, can't she?
