I'm glad you didn't miss out on Wordless Wednesday since your photos are much more colorful than anything I've seen outside today. Gorgeous fountain (and nice birdie accessories!)
Count me in - I am loving it too. Especially the red. Wow. I think I prefer the bubblers to a fountain or other water feature. They are more calm and serene- and attract wildlife.
So sweet! I would feel honored to have these pretty little birds visiting my garden. Beautiful pictures!!! Looks like a view out one of your windows :-) I'd be glued there watching them -- right after I took a picture and posted it to my blog, of course. Tee hee
Oh my gosh, so cute. I have yet to capture an image of a bird taking a bath in my garden. When I see a bird doing so, I stand there mesmerized, not wanting to miss even a second to run for the camera. Such great shots, as always, Cat!
I'm so jealous. I've got my finch sock up, my bird bath is full, my fountain is splashing I haven't had any luck spotting finches. Thanks for your pictures. I'll have to live vicariously.
Bubblers and Birds! Irresistible!
ReplyDeleteHow cute! The fountain is sort of like a whirlpool for birds. They are certainly enjoying themselves.
ReplyDeleteThat is one marvelous fountain!
ReplyDeleteThat's cute. Isn't the water too cold for them? They seem to be enjoying themselves.
ReplyDeletePrecious! I love the color of the birds with your great fountain. Beautiful frost flower.
ReplyDeleteAw, a happy camper! Great yellow/red contrast.
ReplyDeleteYou caught a great moment! Those splashes of color sure are refreshing.
ReplyDeleteLesser goldfinch! Beautiful and they are fast especially if they see you! Folks forget wildlife needs water all year round.
ReplyDeletesweet little birds... and a lovely post.
ReplyDeleteI love water features and yours is lovely too-nice touch with the cute bird! The iron fence is great as well.
