  2. It's hard to capture something so ethereal as misty fog, but your pictures do it. Very moody, very beautiful.

  3. I love seeing images taken in the fog. There is so much mood generated. Your three images are very lovely. Makes you want stay in by the window all day and reflect.

  11. Wow Cat! You can really appreciate the structure of the trees when you view them in black and white. You need to put these on your wall.

  12. Thanks all! - These photos were taken at 7:00 am in my pajamas on the front lawn! By 8:00 the fog had burned off completely and we ended up with a beautiful, sunny day...

  14. Okay. Dumb question...are these photos in black and white, or is it just that the fog and the early morning makes them look black and white?? I know zip about photography. At any rate, black and white or not, they are gorgeous!

  15. I don't get to see fog all that often and these photos are fantastic. great idea for a wordless wednesday photo - these don't need any text to describe the image or the emotion behind it.

  18. Fog does such wonderful things with images - gives them so much more feeling. I'm still waiting for a good fog (maybe I should be up earlier ?).

  21. OK .. you must know by now I am working backwards .. finally SEEING your fog pictures !! haha
I love them and they would be perfect for Halloween (I think you already know I have a thing for Halloween ?)
I spent a few years as a child right on the very edge of Nova Scotia on the Atlantic ocean and we would have fog roll in like a thick blanket .. I was never afraid or put off with it .. I think being a Halloween freak even at a young age made me like that ? ;-)
You got great pictures in your jammies girl !!
Joy : ) another jammie photographer? haha
