Hi Cat, Beautiful- not just photographs, but rather artwork. I hope your ailing family members are doing better. My best wishes for a speedy recovery for them both.
(I am a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh as well.) These are lovely pictures. The second photo seems to frame itself with the extending branch reaching out.
Cat, I love the feeling and texture of your work ...it is like looking at a beautiful painting...I look forward to your posts and rush to them so I can get my fix...thx for that!!
Can't resist Japanese maples especially when they display that serrated elegance as in your images. The background in the 2nd one is perfect for setting it off. Brilliant Cat.
Cat girl .. I have been falling behind in reading blogs (yet again?) .. some renovations happening ergo utter chaos and an upset routine drives me batty! This is post is a BEAUTY ! Talk about inspiring a ZEN moment .. simply gorgeous and peacefull ! Joy : )
@All - Thank you so much! Your words are so inspiring and you can't possibly know how timely and encouraging they are. I've been considering marketing my images and your kind words have helped me make the decision. I'm in the process of figuring out the best way to do this. Again, many thanks!
Rick, the branch I trimmed last week is still going strong. The branch in yesterday's photo is from another tree. The limb was broken during some high winds the other night. Figured I might as well put them to use!
So simple and beautiful, great edit.
ReplyDeleteLove the colour of the foliage, the vase and the background. Looks great together. Charmaine
