Move Along. Move Along. Nothing To See Here.

  1. Our rabbits and hares do the same thing; stare intently at what appears to be nothing. When I'm taking photos so do I!

  2. Cute! I haven't seen any rabbits around my garden for a while. In spring I saw lots of them everyday sitting at the edge of the meadow. They are adorable when they don't eat my garden :)

  3. Nothing to see but a beautiful stand of bright yellow flowers (bidens?) I'd stop and admire too!

  4. Made me smile! Those flowers are beautiful - and at least the rabbit isn't staring at your vegetable garden!

  6. The bunnies are ubiquitous around my Michigan landscape! But they are so cute...except when they eat my hostas...GRRR!

  7. I've had a lot of furry visitors to my garden but never a cotton tail - he (she?) is so contemplative in this shot. I love it. I also love goldeneye - we have some well seeded into a corner and they are in riotous bloom just now. One of my favorite (nonfurry) fall visitors.

  8. They sure are cute little creatures, but they can certainly do a ton of damage. That reminds me...I haven't seen our backyard baby bunny in a while. I wonder if he or she has moved along. Hopefully!

  9. Love the golden eye but so distracting when driving.

  10. How cheerful! The bright yellow color reminds me of spring forsythia. I didn't see the rabbit at first. I hope he didn't dig up your flowers.

  11. This is the first year I have had a rabbit, a bunny actually, visit my garden. As I was ready to react to this pest I was told the family had seen it a couple of days earlier, and had named it...I planted enough this year so that it would not go hungry.

  12. So cute but they are my garden nemesis. I'm attempting to rabbit proof my garden this winter. I'm sure they'll have the last laugh. :o)

  14. I'm working on making peace with rabbits by planting more natives and plants they don't eat. :( I've had so many plants destroyed overnight by the little buggers that I can't say I like them much. But I have to admit, they are cute. Your post is even cuter.

  15. haha that's a lovely capture. There are no rabbits freely out in the wild here, they are all in cages in individual homes, i can imagine if we have them in no time they will all be captured, for pets or for food by people who are deprived. I am glad we don't have free rabbits.
